2. Tier Details

Accelerator (The Foundation)

Designed for emerging rental companies getting their operations off the ground.

  • Vehicle Limit: Strictly 2 active vehicles.
  • Core Tools: Basic dashboard, customer relationship management (CRM), and manual booking entry.
  • Fee: A 5% transaction fee applies to all processed bookings.

Professional (The Growth Engine)

For companies scaling their fleet and seeking automation.

  • Vehicle Limit: Up to 10 active vehicles.
  • Advanced Tools: Full analytics suite, maintenance logging, digital contract management, and a public-facing online booking engine.
  • Fee: A reduced 2% transaction fee.

Elite (The Enterprise Powerhouse)

Unrestricted power for large conglomerates and nationwide fleets.

  • Vehicle Limit: Up to 1,000 active vehicles.
  • Exclusive Tools: AI-driven predictive maintenance diagnostics for proactive fleet management.
  • Fee: Our lowest transaction fee at 0.5%.

3. Important Billing Policies

The 7-Day Grace Period

If your subscription is downgraded or expires while your fleet exceeds the limits of your new plan (e.g., having 5 vehicles while on the Accelerator tier), you are granted a 7-day grace period. During this time, you must either re-upgrade or remove the excess vehicles.

Hard Lock Enforcement

Upon the expiration of the 7-day grace period, a Hard Lock will be automatically applied.

  • Access to all vehicles exceeding your plan's limit will be restricted and hidden.
  • Functionality for these vehicles (bookings, maintenance) will be suspended.
  • Reactivation Surcharge: Restoring data after a Hard Lock may incur a service fee to synchronize and re-verify your fleet status.

4. Getting Started

Security

FleetLinq uses secure 6-digit One-Time Passwords (OTP) for all logins. Ensure your registered email is accessible at all times to prevent lockouts.
