By accessing or using FleetLinq ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Description of Service

FleetLinq is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides fleet management solutions for car rental agencies, including:

• Vehicle inventory management
• Booking and reservation systems
• Customer relationship management
• Maintenance tracking
• Payment processing facilitation
• Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Attempt to disrupt or overburden the Service
• Access accounts or systems without authorization
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FleetLinq and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetLinq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FleetLinq, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
