This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the FleetLinq platform and services. It is part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree to use FleetLinq only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must respect the rights and dignity of other users and third parties.

You may NOT use FleetLinq to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes.
- Facilitate drug trafficking or other criminal enterprises.
- Evade taxes or engage in fraudulent accounting.
2.2 Fraud and Deception
You may NOT:
- Create fake bookings or manipulate booking data.
- Misrepresent vehicle condition, availability, or pricing.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans.
- Impersonate other users, companies, or FleetLinq staff.
- Submit false maintenance records or documentation.
- Fabricate reviews or ratings.
2.3 System Abuse
You may NOT:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Overwhelm infrastructure with automated requests (DDoS).
- Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers without permission.
- Bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
